If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, including sale items.

Under our 30-day returns policy, items should be unused and undamaged, with their original labels and packaging intact.

1. Email lexi@endlessjoy.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3. Pack your items securely and keep proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service.

You are responsible for return postage if you change your mind. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

For international returns, please contact us and follow our customs instructions to help avoid unnecessary charges.

Please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Due to the limited edition nature, we don’t offer direct exchanges or complimentary exchange shipping. Our usual delivery rates and any applicable free-delivery offers apply to new orders.

UK

Prices include VAT. There are no additional import charges.

USA & Australia & Canada 

We offer duties-paid delivery. Applicable duties and taxes are included in your checkout total, with no further import charges payable on delivery.

Europe

For the destinations listed below, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We arrange payment on your behalf, so there are no further import charges to pay on delivery.

Royal Mail: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland.

UPS: Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia.

Greece

Duties-paid delivery is currently unavailable. Any applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient before delivery.

Other destinations

Local import duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply and are payable by the recipient. Your local customs office can advise on these before you order.

Import charges on returned orders

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees paid on your behalf are not refunded to us by UPS or Royal Mail. We therefore do not normally refund these charges when you return an item because you’ve changed your mind.

Please check your delivery address carefully and follow any redelivery or collection instructions from the courier.

If your parcel is returned because it was uncollected, refused or sent to an incorrect address you supplied, please contact us to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Where the failed delivery is your responsibility, you will be responsible for return costs actually incurred and any redelivery charges, We’ll explain any charges before applying them.

If the issue was caused by us or our courier, we’ll investigate and resolve it for you.

We’ll check your returned item and process your refund to your original payment method promptly, within 14 days of receiving your return.

Need to cancel? Email lexi@endlessjoy.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and “Order cancellation” in the subject line.

Artworks and prints are shipped separately from garments by our studio or print partners and may require additional preparation time.

Orders containing both garments and artwork will arrive in separate parcels. Separate shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
